Nestled among Douglas fir and larch trees just outside Deer Park, our 10-acre log home venue offers a setting that’s both peaceful and joy-filled — perfect for business events, retreats, and holiday celebrations near Spokane.

Whether you’re planning a holiday party, leadership retreat, team appreciation night, or strategy meeting, The Gathering Porch offers a warm and welcoming space that feels like home.
Our 2,300-square-foot log home features a spacious grand room, cozy wood stove, and soft lighting — creating the perfect environment for conversation, laughter, and connection. (Includes your tables, chairs, linens and decor)
Indoor gatherings: Up to 50 guests (November–March) $500 for 4 hours, $950 for 8 hours
Outdoor celebrations: Up to 150 guests (April–October) beneath the towering fir and larch forest, surrounded by twinkling market lights. $850 for 4 hours, $1600 for 8 hours
Holiday Celebrations Made Easy
Make your next team celebration effortless and memorable with three simple options (20-50 people):
• Rent the Home – $500 (4 hours)
A private space ready for your celebration. Includes tables, chairs, linens, glasses, and flatware — perfect for bringing your own food and beverages.
• Hors d’Oeuvres & Dessert Party – $31–$39 per person
A festive, chef-prepared menu featuring favorites like stuffed mushrooms, sweet & sour meatballs, Cougar Gold cheese spread, antipasti skewers, and desserts like pecan pie bars and triple chocolate brownies.
• Gourmet Dinner Experience – $36–$46 per person
A full meal service with entrées such as Prime Rib Au Jus, Chicken Scampi, or Lemon Rosemary Chicken, paired with gourmet sides and Caesar salad.
Add dessert and coffee for just $7.50 per person.
You can also add a beer and wine service for $10 per person, or bring your own beverages for our licensed bartender to serve. (Give us a call and let us know how we can customize a menu for your team)
